The basis of cellular respiration

Learn the basics, Cellular Respiration 101 taught by Thomas Delauer

Thomas does a great job of breaking down the importance of NAD+ through the lens of the basics of cellular respiration, and the electron transport chain.

Cellular respiration is a series of metabolic processes that occur in our cells that convert chemical energy from oxygen or nutrients into ATP. The electron transport chain is the last stage of the respiration pathway and produces the most ATP molecules.
