Refund policy

We 100% guarantee that you will receive what you bought – if not we will make it right by either replacing, or refunding the products that aren’t as promised. This means that the products will be intact, and the contents will match the label (within acceptable ranges for manufacturing and testing tolerances), as per that production lot number’s testing COA available on our website.

We do not make a guarantee of the customer’s subjective feelings about products, what products are doing, or not doing for them. We will always highlight the latest and greatest research available about the performance of the various molecules we offer, but are not promising transference of these health claims, or promising any other health claims to the customer.

Return Policy (U.S. Customers)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued for eligible items minus a $12 return fee (covers shipping, handling, and processing).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, email us at go@ver.so with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note on Morning Being and Evening Being:
These are high-function, ready-to-mix drink powders designed for impact. Each serving contains a large amount of active ingredients—too much to encapsulate. While we’ve worked hard on taste, function is the priority. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference regarding flavor.

Opened products are not eligible for refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
