HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free shipping is available on all orders in the U.S. & Puerto Rico. Shipping costs will vary outside of these regions based on the individual location.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday will most likely ship Monday.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use USPS Priority for the majority of domestic orders. In certain cases, Fedex or other carriers may be used.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We add international destinations on an ongoing basis. If you would like your country added, please let us know here!
Please note international shipping may take a minimum of 10-20 days to arrive.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We cannot guarantee that all packages will be delivered within their “delivery window”, as so many other factors come into play once they are in transit i.e: weather, transport issues, sort facility capacity, international gateway delays, customs delays, political disputes, etc. We use reliable carriers, but make no guarantee regarding transit times.
STABILITY CONCERNS DUE TO DELAYS
Delays are out of our control, but what we can control is our product. We conducted our own stability study that exposed our NMN based formula to 104F (40C) heat for 30 days, and the result was no measurable degradation. Read the evaluation here.
ORDER SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for any failed or incorrect deliveries due to incomplete or wrong addresses. You may be charged additional postage if we need to re-ship any parcels returned to our warehouse due to entering a wrong or incomplete address at checkout.
EU ORDERS
Orders heading to EU countries will be processed by our partner, Passport Global Shipping, and they will be the Seller for all orders to EU countries for orders €150 and under.
